The day I graduated from Heritage College-Kansas City in August 2007, I packed my car, moved to Southern California and passed my NCBTMB (National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork). I landed in a Chiropractic office in Santa Ana, then found a home in Yorba Linda at Le Meridian Body Spa. I have been licensed in the City of Yorba Linda, the state of Missouri and the state of Oregon.

 On this journey, I have met and continue to meet many amazing therapists whom I learn much from. I am told that my massage is very "free flowing" and deeply relaxing. I integrate many modalities including reflexology, craniosacral therapy, trigger point release, myofascial release, Swedish and esalan techniques, along with stretching and energy work to create a custom massage experience individually tailored to meet the needs of my clients. 

To release and unwind is such a beautiful space to find. To take that time for yourself is an action you will never regret or forget! Everybody's body needs to be kneaded. I believe you see the most benefit from massage when you receive one on a regular basis. Weekly is best, monthly is great.

Cassie is a skilled massage therapist. She made me feel comfortable and she ensured she knew my major areas of tension prior to the massage. She focused attention on those trouble spots, and I received a thorough, relaxing massage. I will be rescheduling when I am in town and I would recommend Cassie to anyone.
