Lisa has been practicing massage therapy for over 10 years after having graduated from Seacoast Career School in 2006.  She specializes in Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage and Cupping techniques.  Lisa incorporates the use of heat and stretching during her massages and customizes each session based on her clients needs.

A monthly visit for both a relaxing and therapeutic hour. Lisa is attentive to concerning areas and will make recommendations/suggestions to address the issue. She is very professional and focused during the treatment. Wonderful technique. She is always upbeat and positive, truly enjoys her work.
