“Sometimes you don’t realize your own strength until you come face to face with your greatest weakness.” —Susan Gale

After many years of working in the medical field I decided I wanted to have a more central role in the healing process. Although massage is beneficial, in that it’s relaxing and pleasant for the client, it also has a profound, beneficial physiological effect on the mind and body that many people aren’t aware of. Each new client receives a consultation to determine their specific requirements. During this time we will discuss your issue and determine a course of action that is most beneficial to you, the client. Whether this plan is for a relaxing massage to promote a general sense of well-being and melt away the stress of the day or, to address a specific condition/injury in which a series of sessions might be required, the goal is to determine what is the best course of action in order to help YOU. Remedial treatments allow me to help my clients reduce their pain, increase their mobility and range of motion, so that they are able to maintain or return to their active lifestyle.

Solid work, highly skilled therapist, she did an awesome job relieving my headache and helping me feel better after a rough night.

She was so kind but I was just really bummed because it was very uncomfortable as far as the bed goes and I understand having to lay on my side during a massage may not be the easiest way to give a massage but it was painful at times. She was kind in communicating what I was feeling which was great, but the massage itself was not thourough it consistent. I also arrived at noon and we talked for about 15 miniutes and by the time my massage started it was only about 35-40 minutes and it felt a bit rushed and off. Again, she was very nice, but I didn’t leave feeling any better.
