Theresa has been a massage therapist since she graduated from New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts in 2005. By 2007, she had received the highest standard in the massage field by becoming Nationally Certified with NCBTMB (National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork). In 2012, when she moved to Washington, DC from New England she was welcomed into the exciting spa service field and practiced within three upscale spas. While treating clients she found a balance between a therapeutic touch and a relaxing spa session, which in turn gave her clients the customized therapeutic session and treatment plan that worked with their relaxation needs. As the needs of all her clients are different for each session and stage of recovery, her massage sessions have become a custom blend of the different techniques she has learned over the years.
Theresa found herself relocating to Orange County with her family in 2014, which ignited a drive to open her own suite along side her fellow industry comrades. She has found her passion to support her clients in their muscle recovery after injury and muscle fatigue from work and exercise. As she works towards her Bachelor Degree and expanding her massage practice, she also enjoys spending time with her son and volunteers at his school a few days a week. This has given her ideas for future en-devours that are sure to ignite a change in the spa experience for parents.
