Before I came to massage therapy I worked (and still do) in the business sector with degrees in Business Accounting & Administration, but have always held a desire to work more closely with people. Because I maintain full time hours for another employer, I am currently able to offer limited appointments on weeknights and most weekends.

I graduated from the National Holistic Institute (NHI) as a Massage Therapist and Health Educator in 2021 and am certified under California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC).

I maintain studio space in Roseville where I'm happy to meet with you. You'll notice in the product list that I don't offer a la carte services with add-ons like many other establishments, instead we'll talk about your specific area's of concern and develop a plan for your sessions that will maximize your time and well being. If your medical professional has referred you to massage, let's talk about that as well and what goals they have for you in that regard.

I work mainly with Swedish massage, myofascial therapy and principles of Reiki and polarity therapy.
