My Name is Xiaoli Gao, I go by Li! I received my formal training at The Medical Arts School in Raleigh NC. I am a LMBT licensed Massage Therapist #14729. I have received additional supplemental training in a Chinese form of Trigger Point massage therapy in both China and California and use this extensively when working with my clients. I am passionate about working with my clients to understand where they have aches and pains and choosing the right location to apply the Trigger point method to resolve the pain.

I maintain my credentials through ongoing education as required by the North Carolina Board and will do nothing unethical that would ever jeopardize my standing.

I am happily married and have a young son who is the light of my life. Outside of my career in Massage Therapy I love cooking and watching movies. Especially Korean Movies and American TV shows and Movies and especially Blacklist!

I care very much that each client leaves their appointment relieved of those aches and pains that have nagged them for a long time and welcome feedback on how I may best serve you

Li is an amazing massage therapist!. She knows all the trigger points that make your body sore or pain go away just a matter of time. I have been seeing Li for over 2 years now and I can’t tell you how much my whole body feels after she has worked with it. I highly recommended if you have a sore or pain body or just needs a great massage to pamper yourself, Li is the one!

Li never said no to the clients that need help with the massage. She would go out of her way to help them to get better, I call that an excellent customer service. Would recommend this to everyone who wants professional massage.

I like that she often ask if the level of pressure is ok. Mostly, the results last longer than what I get when seeing a chiropractor or PT. Best deep tissue massage ever!

this was my first experience with acupressure, and I was amazed at its effectiveness in eliminating my residual shoulder pain (from a frozen shoulder). I also had some knee pain and general neck a shoulder pain from work. I left pain-free , feeling far greater fluidity in my gait.
