Specialized in swedish and prenatal which are more of the relaxing modalities, I also enjoy performing modalities that are muscle specific like deep tissue, reflexology, trigger point and myofacial. Some muscles may require a mixture of modalities to relax and others may just need a flush. 

All my different skills, beliefs, training's, experiences, and life lessons make me who I am so that I can connect with your body, mind and spirit, helping it feel its best.

I am a mobile service which I travel to your location. I have found this to be a more relaxing, stress free environment for clients. My central location is Raleigh. I travel up to 50 miles outside of Raleigh and will travel additional miles under certain circumstances. Contact for more traveling details.
