I specialize in fusing intuitive touch with proven medical massage techniques for your lasting health. Trained in more than 20 modalities, my specialties include Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Ayurvedic Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Corporate Chair Massage and more.  

My training was through the Wake Technical College Therapeutic Massage Program, where we had more than 500 hours of instruction in a wide variety of modalities. After graduating and becoming licensed in North Carolina, I worked for The WELL Being holistic bodywork center with Ayurvedic and Medical Massage Specialist Gin Brunssen, who spent 3 hours weekly training me on Neuromuscular reeducation and medical massage.
