In my 12+ years of being a massage therapist, I have accumulated experience in a wide range of modalities, including reflexology, acupressure, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, Russian sports massage and myofascial release.  I love to draw from my diverse education to custom tailor a massage that best suits your needs.

I also have training in Reiki and Sound Therapy, and happy to weave these elements into a session or as a stand alone.

My intent with each massage is to see you and work with you as a whole person, even if I am focusing on only a specific area of your body.  I believe everything is connected, not just head to toe, but mind and spirit.  When you touch one, you touch all.  I also believe that when the right conditions and inputs are provided, our innate intelligence knows exactly what to do to heal.  I am a facilitator, you are the healer.
