Fantastic therapeutic massage, recommend Karina if you need therapy after athletics

I requested medium to firm pressure emphasizing shoulders and neck. Karina used the right pressure and technique for me.

Karina was fantastic. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed.

She really listened to my concerns. She was understanding and very insightful. Very educated in her profession and was great to talk to , she was encouraging and helped me with stretches that I could do to help alleviate my back pain that are very helpful. Karina was very positive and had great conversation, wasn't overbearing and allowed me to relax and reminded me to breathe which was very helpful in helping me truly experience my massage and leave my stresses behind. The pressure was great and she was sure to ask if I was comfortable throughout the massage.
