I take a more clinical approach to bodywork and I believe in viewing your body as a whole. I feel there is a vast majority of conditions and diseases I can help with and many of which most people might think are only treatable with drugs or surgery. I believe that your health is an investment and you only have one body, let's treat it well.

Cate Fisher is, without exaggeration, the most effective massage therapist I've ever worked with. For the first time, I feel like I've found someone who can actually pinpoint the source of the issues in my back, shoulders and neck, not just work around the symptoms. After just a few visits, I've noticed less pain, more mobility, and more energy throughout the day. Cate Fisher is very thoughtful, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in her explanations of what is provided before, during, and after the massage. The therapeutic massage she provided was outstanding and alleviated my main concerns with the time that was allotted. This was my first visit, of hopefully, many others.
