I take a more clinical approach to bodywork and I believe in viewing your body as a whole. I feel there is a vast majority of conditions and diseases I can help with and many of which most people might think are only treatable with drugs or surgery. I believe that your health is an investment and you only have one body, let's treat it well.
When I'm not actively being a Therapist, I am an avid reader, writer and weightlifter. I enjoy studying Horticulture and Soil Science (I know, nerd alert) And, I also love baseball games and hiking with my husband and my second favorite being, our black lab Sam.
Lastly, it is my hope to offer my community better, more affordable and convenient options for Healthcare. Come on in, the door is open!

Cate Fisher is very thoughtful, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in her explanations of what is provided before, during, and after the massage.
The therapeutic massage she provided was outstanding and alleviated my main concerns with the time that was allotted.
This was my first visit, of hopefully, many others. I will return and I highly recommend.

Kate is amazing! I went from my lower back hurting regularly to not at all in under six months. I’ve been renovating a house so I expected a good bit of pain, but working with Kate has prevented that! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Cate's bodywork is phenomenal! I am experiencing some significant pain in muscles in my back and neck. She assessed and targeted the muscles that were causing the issues. She used a varied toolset and it made an enormous positive difference!
