I studied massage therapy in Raleigh NC at the Medical Arts Massage School in 2000, and received my license in 2002. I obtained my esthetician training from Johnston Community College in 2003. In addition to my massage practices, I studied Thai Traditional Massage in Bangkok, Thailand. I am passionate about assisting individuals to be deeply in touch with themselves toward their well-being. To expand my alternative healing practices, I became a certified yoga instructor at Kripalu Yoga and Health Center in Lenox, MA.

I consider myself a life-long learner in the area of wellness. I like to develop deep connections with others, encouraging them to be deeply in touch with themselves. This will create and unify life forces to share with one another, and this good energy will radiate to wholeness. My holistic approach emphasizes the importance of overall well-being and integration of body, mind and spirit awareness.

I am a member of the Taoist Tai Chi Society, North Carolina Fo-Guang-Shan Chinese Buddhist Center, and a YMCA member in the Triangle community.
