To say Joseph is a gifted massage therapist is an understatement. I started as a patient in early 2017 and have never been disappointed. He not only has a deep understanding of anatomy and technique, but knows exactly where my body needs concentrated work. He always checks in to ask if I have anything going on that needs special attention. He applies the perfect amount of pressure, muscle manipulation, and stretching techniques to successfully address my problem areas. He has set up a very comfortable environment that relaxes me the minute I lie down on his table. His professionalism and easy going personality also allow me to turn off the outside world and really let go of tension. Joseph’s continuous training and thirst for knowledge shows in his skills and his ability to know the best way to meet the needs of his patients. I highly recommend Guided Touch Therapies to provide a wonderful massage, whether for relaxation or to work on muscles issues.
