I’ve been seeing Joseph off and on for about 10 years. He is always extremely professional and takes the time to fully understand my concerns so he can tailor each session to what I need most. I really appreciate that he’s skilled in a variety of techniques since I've found there’s definitely no “one size fits all” approach when it comes to massage therapy. His holistic perspective makes him someone I feel confident including as part of my chronic pain management plan.

As an athlete, I’ve had plenty of massages, but this one stood out. Joseph really understands muscle recovery, tension points, and how to target areas that take the most strain during training.
