I have been a Massage Therapist since 2002 and have amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience. I have been told I give a fine relaxation massage, but that is not why more people seek me out. I am interested in and skilled at deeper work that truly addresses long held pain patterns. I use NeuroMuscular Reprogramming as my first line of analysis, then delve into Deep Tissue, Sports, Myofascial, etc. I will use whatever tool is in my box if it is appropriate.

Tim is a fantastic therapist who is skilled in different areas of massage. I see him as often as I can to manage chronic back pain. Recently I had a cupping session with him. Fantastic. If you appreciate deep tissue massage with a professional, he is your guy!

Tim is absolutely amazing! I’ve been out of Asheville for the last 7 months and first thing I did when I got back was book with him. I can’t find bodywork that matches his skill level when I’m away. Highly recommended Tim!!
