I am passionate about educating the community on the health and wellness benefits of massage.

After graduating college with a degree in Theater, I realized I wanted to learn a skill and help people. I believe in custom care, which is why I started with mobile chair massage - helping people relax and recover from all sorts of tension: from everyday work stress to the day-before-wedding anxiety.  In 2018, I launched my massage business: At Ease Massage by MJ. Additionally, in 2019, I became a new partner of Her Gifted Hands. 

I am trained in Swedish Relaxation Massage and chair massage, along with some therapeutic elements. I am excited to improve in helping people by learning additional modalities such as Shiatsu, Trigger Point Therapy, and Medical Massage.
