I am a Graduate of Kalamazoo Center for the Healing Arts Massage Therapy School. Specializing in Corporate Chair Massage for over 13 years.

​I have Advanced certification in Massage Cupping as well as courses in Acupressure and Sports Massage.  I also attended the Institute of Integrative Nutrition for Health Coaching and have a degree in Applied Science with an Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification. 

With a diverse background in the medical/wellness field I have learned various theories and techniques to assist you in whole body wellness. With raising a large family and managing a household as well as work, I personally know the struggles of self care and overall health.
