Hi there! I was trained in various modalities of massage at a COMTA accredited school in Lansing, MI, and I have been licensed and practicing since 2016. I've been working in the pharmaceutical side of healthcare for four years, and while it is nice to see patients get their medications, there are many things like narcotics and muscle relaxers that are over-prescribed. One of the main reasons I went into massage is to help people get rid of their pain as opposed to masking the symptoms with pills. Through massage, it is possible to break the pain cycle and not only have someone feeling better, but improve their overall health. 

My approach towards massage is simple: I want to help my clients reach their goals, whether that be relaxing after a particularly stressful time, pampering themselves, or helping aid and speed recovery after surgery or downtime due to illness. Obviously every person's needs and wants are different, and I pride myself on being able to listen to them, adjust my massages accordingly, and leave them better off than when they came in.

When I'm not massaging or at the hospital pharmacy, I am an avid reader and a fantasy writer, and I enjoy most outdoor activities as well as binge watching TV shows or gaming. I am new to Virginia as of late 2017, so I still have plenty to explore in the area, but I couldn't be happier with where my life is at right now.
