Ava began her healing journey in 2007 at Heritage College where she graduated with an Associates in Occupational Services in Massage Therapy. After being strongly influenced by her teacher, she went on to practice massage and continue her education in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. Deciding to further her education, she then graduated from Pacific College of Health and Science in 2021 with a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Other certifications include Laser Lipo, Cavitation Lipo, Thai Massage, Body Wraps, Myofascial release, Yoga Teacher Training, Past Life Regression, HIEMT Sculpting, and Hypnotherapy.
