Having been practicing massage therapy for 23 years, worked in many therapeutic settings and taught in the field for over 10 years, allows me to offer you a wide variety of massage techniques. Whether it is to assist in relieving some muscular-skeletal conditions, joint issues or simply want to relax Some of my techniques include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Active Isolated Stretching, Neuromuscular Therapy, Cupping, Prenatal and so much more. I also offer Ion Cleanse Foot Detox which cleanses the body from the inside out.
