Previous to my appointment, I had only had a Swedish massage so I was expecting a therapeutic massage to be a little bit painful. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that while Lori focused on the area I had the most issues with she did it in a manner that left me me feeling relief rather than pain. I will definitely return.
