Massage is a form of self care that not only physically heals you, but offers emotional and spiritual clarity as well. To provide natural healing for others is something I have always wanted to do, especially throughout my time studying Kinesiology at Washington State University.
As the semesters flew by and I progressed towards my degree, I realized Massage Therapy offers even more. The problem with Kinesiology is that it's only focus is that of the human body- how it grows, moves, and ages. Massage Therapy takes it one step further, and uses the same in depth knowledge of the human body, yet encompasses the beautiful connection it has with the mind. Understanding this connection is something I believe has been lost in Western medicine, but utilizing this knowledge can keep us balanced in ways that we feel on a deep, personal level.
It is my honor to offer my knowledge and skills to assist you in your journey, whether it be tense muscles, meditation, or simply a spa day!
