MFR is amazing, and Yvonne is a very skilled professional. She explained what she was doing and why, so I felt comfortable throughout the session. My neck moved more freely after just one session. I plan to continue with MFR so that all the tight areas in my body can be addressed.

Be open and ask questions if needed. Yvonne really communicates an uncommon/unknown process really well! I felt immediate relief from shoulder pain after just one session and am looking forward to continued treatments to further the relief.
