I studied Reiki back in 1996, during a very difficult time in my life. I found Reiki in all it's forms to be so profound that I wanted to share it with everyone. Some people say it is not real, those  people seem more interested in the love of power than in the power of love. All healing is love. In order to reach more people and to create a career in which I could balance my work with the needs of my family, I became a massage therapist. I attended the Collinson School of Massage and Therapeutics in 2006. Since that time, the school has gone through some changes and now I am blessed to be one of the instructors at Collinson Massage School. Over the years, I have worked independently, I have worked with chiropractors, as well as at Massage Envy and Veda Salon and Spa, where I have had wonderful experiences as both a massage therapist and an educator. My goal is to help people to have better lives through all of the pain management and stress-reduction skills that I have learned since I began this journey in 1996.

In 1998, I studied Shibui Reiki with it's creator, Joy Covey.In 2011, I learned Massage Cupping from Randy Heaps, president of Ace medi-cupping. Currently, I am an educator with Veda as well as Collinson Massage School. . .

I'm a retired/disabled veteran who has education in neuromuscular therapy. I've been treated by many therapists, I would rate Kristy as one of if not the best therapists I've been to. I highly recommend her. Her hand strength is amazing, pressure is always adjusted to fit the client's needs. Very professional and thorough. Couldn't be more pleased.

Kristi has an amazing touch, gentle, yet firm. She worked out my trouble areas like, my lowerback, sciatica and shoulder/neck tension. My end result was feeling so much relief. I already scheduled a return appointment as I am eager for my body to feel better. I'm confident in Kristi's abilities to accomplish that for me.
