Growing up, and raising my family in a playground full of Gods beautiful wonders. Mountains and Deserts surrounding our home, and life style in Utah.  

Adventures of exploring the surrounding vas areas began to take a toll on my body as will as family and friends. Seeing a need in guiding myself as will as others through an alternative method known as body massage.  Healing the cells of the muscles that keep us doing what we all crave when exploring God's playground and achieving life path goals in a healthy body.  Believe within that it is possible to heal THY self, by paying attention to ones self inside and outside of the human beings we are.  

This is what drove me in bring balance back into my life style and recognizing the importance of doing so. Finding that I lacked in the 3 equal keys of understanding mind, body and soul. Balance of 3 is the key to a happy life whether it be to soothe the soul or to entice the mind into thinking about who we are. To maintain body at its best all 3 need to be in balance.

Passion for education I searched and landed in Metaphysics methods of healing, through various certifications. Needing more I discovered Massage Bodywork, graduating from Provo College in 2013. I've been working and serving the bodies of many beings guiding them with muscle restoring, pain elimination so they to can get back to enjoying their life journey's and discovery's.
