At Brigham Young University I studied Dance with a focus on BAllroom, Modern and injury prevention/treatment. I had suffered from various injuries and ended up going into the training room to work with Ronald Nuttall and Kathy Thomas where I discovered the amazing world of prevention and re-habilitation through bodywork. Utah College of Massage Therapy is where I studied Massage Therapy with Massage giants (Nicolle Buchannan, Kathy Thomas, Steve Barrington, Weston, Alecia and more) and discovered my passion for the most effective and efficient modalities. I continued on to become a Certified Practitioner in Ida Rolf's Method of Structural Integration with Nicolle Buchannan in 2015. It was a breakthrough for me.

I currently practice Structural Integration, Energy Release, Cranial, Reflexology, Acupressure, Chakra Balancing, and Injury.

When you come in it will feel like deep tissue work and when you walk out you will feel lighter. :D

I prefer to take clients through the Ten Steps of Structural Integration to find better balance in the body and soul. This is work that will be healing, so make sure you come prepared to let go and release. It is your time to heal.
