I’m Tiffany Silliman Cohen, a mom, a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Certified Pediatric Massage Therapist (CPMT), and a Nationally Board Certified Massage Therapist (BCTMB). I believe that positive and lasting social change will happen if and only people figure out how to support themselves and their families in a healthy and sustainable way.

A little about my background and expertise. From a very young age I knew the value of making a difference and being active in the world. I have always had a love and aptitude for giving massage, working with children and towards social justice and positive change. Because I have been an organizer, early educator, and outreach director I have also known personally burnout and how to get back into healthy patterns when faced with it. Today I give back to our community and by donating massage certificates and offering affordable chair massage to the community and organizations who do important work.

Each time you or your family comes in I’ll customize the massage I use to best address any specific issues you’re facing that day. With kids, I use age appropriate stories, play, and techniques that are always adaptable based on where they are at and what will be most helpful to achieve their goals while building trust, safety, and respect. Parents, guardians, &/or health care providers are always present and massage is only done with doctor permission when needed. I work with you to teach you ways you can be involved and help your kids between massages.
