Allie Smith is a licensed massage therapist in Rhode Island. She trained at Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester, MA, where she realized a passion for the mind-body connection, especially in regard to posture and biomechanics. Allie is a professional dancer and performer, as well as a recreational rock climber. Both of these practices have informed her massage work, giving her a unique sense of the ways in which the mind and body converse.

Went in with a rotator cuff that didn't seem likely to be lifting things anytime soon--left with it feeling almost 100% better, and 2 weeks later, good as new. Would have been set back months if not for Allie!
