Massage is my passion

I was told since the time I was 16 that I needed to be a massage therapist as I just had a knack for the profession. Since I was still in high school at that time, I gave it some thought and had planned on this path directly out of school. I was told since the time I was 16 that I needed to be a massage therapist as I just had a knack for the profession. Since I was still in high school at that time, I gave it some thought and had planned on this path directly out of school. I also joined the military around my 17th birthday and right after high school, I went overseas. I lost sight of this dream and career path for a lot of years. I rediscovered my passion and went to Body Wisdom Massage School and Spa in Urbandale, IA over the last year and a half, graduating in January 2021. I was licensed by the State of Iowa in February 2021.


I learned the traditional Swedish massage, along with Hot/Cold stones, Himalayan salt stones, acupressure, sea shell, and lymphatic drainage. I want to focus on helping people relax and feel refreshed and renewed at the end of a session with me. I am available through 3R Massage, LLC by appointment only in Prole, IA. I have been certified in Prenatal and Infant Massage since my graduation.

My other interests and hobbies outside of massage therapy are spending time with my family, reading, and crafting.
