Over the years, my practice has developed in a way that most people describe as relaxing yet effective. I use an assortment of deep tissue, swedish, and therapeutic techniques including myofascial release with cupping, active release, and trigger point therapy to help identify each clients aches and pains, manipulate the soft tissue, and reduce stress. Seeing the transformation that takes place after a client has left my table and how far they've come in their healing after continued bodywork is the best part of my job.
I believe therapeutic bodywork is truly a necessity in being able to live our best lives.

I was a hot mess when I went to see Rachel, low back pain, neck pain, mid back pain, hurting hand! I left feeling loose, relaxed and restored. I definitely will be back!
