She comes from a medical background, being a first responder and later becoming a certified phlebotomy technician where she worked within hospitals in both Alaska and Oregon. Observing the affects Western medicine had on overall health, she felt a holistic approach to treatment would be more beneficial to healing.
Through Meagan’s wellness journey, experiencing debilitating migraine headaches, she found relief only when bodywork was performed. This sparked her interest in studying massage. During her studies she discovered a passion for Trigger Point Therapy for its dramatic and more immediate results. She customizes each massage session and likes to incorporate a light to medium pressure relaxation massage in with her Trigger Point Therapy and Deep Tissue. Combining these different techniques makes for a relaxing yet effective massage, relieving tight muscles and chronic pain. Meagan is a quiet therapist who focuses on providing customized, effective and relaxing treatments that will leave you feeling rejuvenated. she finds fulfillment knowing she has made a difference in helping her clients feel better.
Born and raised in Central Oregon and driven by the beauty surrounding her in the Pacific Northwest she finds pleasure in being an avid outdoorsman. She has participated in half marathons and is currently training for a full marathon. Meagan can be found running, hiking or biking nearly every day. Being a multi-sport athlete of sorts for many years she has a heightened sense of awareness regarding the specific muscle group(s) related to your sport.
