I guess I got into the massage therapy field when someone close to me developed some health issues and was in constant pain and relied on medications to ease the pain. Between the medication and the pain I saw how poor her quality of life was. Unfortunately her poor health was too much and she passed away, it was at this time that I realized that I wanted to help people improve their quality of life through massage.
