I am a new massage therapist in the Prescott area. In my youth I enjoyed being involved in athletics and since then I have ...been interested in Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy. On top of that, I love learning about the body! As a mother to four and wife to an active duty Air Force Officer, my opportunities to pursue my interests were limited. When we moved to Prescott, I discovered an outstanding massage therapy program at Arizona School of Integrative Studies, right here! I signed on to the program and graduated in June of 2015. In August, I opened the doors to my business and have been massaging out of my home.
I would love the opportunity to see if my skills can meet your needs. I learned several modalities in my training, including Connective Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Prenatal Massage, Elder Massage, Aromatherapy and of course Swedish Massage.
