I graduated from Montgomery School of Bodyworks and Massage Apr, 2011 receiving certifications in therapeutic, swedish, and orthopedic massage and opened Bodyworks by RaVonda in Nov, 2012. I challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individuals needs, from sports injuries and rehab to chronic pain. Did you know that Sciatica, fibromyalgia, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, frozen hips, migraines, tension and stiffness from neck and back fusions and many more diagnosis can be helped or alleviated by massage therapy.  Most all of my business is from word of mouth and some of the best compliments from my clients have been that they appreciate how much I listen and address their  areas of concern.  I do a consultation with all of my clients and we tailor and focus on those areas that are most concerning to you. 

 I am a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist with NASM (National Academy Sports Medicine) since July, 2016 and have been Certified in Orthopedic Massage since June, 2017, through the Center for Pain Management.
