While Sandy Jo is very clinically minded, she doesn't throw out her intuitive nature. This allows her to provide a thorough session when dealing with chronic issues like the ones listed below. 

She specializes in deep tissue work and provides relief for back pain, TMJ disorder, carpal tunnel, tennis elbow, golfers elbow, neck pain, geriatric complaints, plantar fasciitis, shoulder complaints, sports related injuries, high blood pressure, and depression just to name a few.

She works with area doctors, chiropractors, dentists, and physical therapists in order to facilitate a faster recovery time from injury or surgery.

Sandy Jo attended Montgomery School of Bodywork and Massage. Upon passing the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork in August 2011, she began her career of massage in Prattville, Alabama.

While Sandy Jo's education for her certification and national exam ended in 2011, she constantly studies the body and how it works in addition to studying the science and understanding of pain. It is important to her to understand how pain works so she can provide relief to her clients who suffer pain issues.
