I like to give a relaxing massage as well as address problem areas. I have found that achieving relaxation during any massage type is vital for the overall healing process, promoting the mind & body connection.

 Chelsea passed the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork before graduating from Montgomery School of Bodywork and Massage in October 2012. Upon graduation from MSBM she began her career of massage in Prattville, Alabama.

This was my first time seeing Chelsea, and she did a great job! I have a herniated disc and bone spur in my lower back, and I have pain there a lot. She focused there and on my neck due to chronic migraines/headaches. My back especially felt a lot better after the massage.

Chelsea has magic hands! She listens to your concerns, gets to the root of your problem and then lets her magic fingers do the rest. I had a jaw and trap issue and wow! I could immediately feel a difference within minutes.

Chelsea greeted me soon after arriving with a smile. The short consultation before the massage allowed her to hone in on my trouble spots and she did a great job addressing. After 90 minutes, I left feeling relaxed and a little sore. She found some trouble spots in my traps and worked them out very nicely. I have a follow on appointment in a few days and am looking forward to it very much.
