I am a licensed massage therapist that aids people in their physical healing and building body positivity. In March 2017 I graduated from Georgia Massage School in which I studied western modalities of massage such as NeuroMuscular Therapy, Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, and Active Isolated Streching techniques. I offer therepeutic massage from light to deep pressure getting to the root of pain and muscle dysfunction. I love massaging pre and postnatal women as I believe new motherhood is a special time in life for women that I'm happy to witness. I am also studying CranioSacral therapy at the Upledger Institute. CranioSacral therapy can be integrated into massage sessions of 90 minutes and longer. For CST I use a light touch to gently release restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system and get your CranioSacral rythm in sync.
