I have been practicing massage for many years and I have a great love for therapeutic bodywork. I believe through Heart, Body and Spirit connection, healing can occur when the client has a desire to return to Health and is ready do the work to get back to balance and wholeness. My approach is to listen to your concerns and goals, creating a treatment plan to assist you in returning to optimal Health. I enjoy integrating various modalities into every massage sessions and through intent, knowledge and purpose create a place of compassion and overall wellness.
