Theresa is an amazing massage therapist! She was so kind and welcoming when I first arrived. She listened to my concerns and what I wanted out of my massage, and she delivered! I left my massage feeling stress free, incredibly relaxed and the pain in my neck and shoulders was gone. I will definitely be going back to Theresa for my next massage.

She was extremely knowledgeable. She listened to what I was experiencing before (problem areas) and during (reflex responses). She confirmed she had helped as much as was possible in one hour. Excellent experience.

Theresa is a very kind and professional woman! She explains everything she’s doing and wants the best for her clients. This was my first time with Theresa. She is on the lighter side of pressure, I prefer firm or deep pressure, but she still left me feeling sore (which doesn’t happen to me a lot after massages!) so she did something good for my tight body! I personally probably would choose another masseuse in the future just due to my pressure preference but to anyone who likes lighter pressure she’s great!

Recovering from ankle surgery, have been seen Theresa three times. It has been helpful with my recovery. She is very knowledgeable in her field.
