Matt Asti is a somatic educator, yoga therapist, and licensed massage therapist dedicated to helping people connect with the wisdom of their bodies through movement, touch, and breath. His work blends ancient practices with contemporary, evidence-based approaches to health and well-being.

He leads yoga teacher training and the yoga & wellness education suite at Moravian University, where he is also pursuing a doctor of education in transformational leadership. His teaching bridges embodied practice with academic rigor, preparing the next generation of educators and community leaders to integrate wellness into their lives and work.

In his private practice in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Matt offers yoga therapy and massage therapy in a supportive, client-centered environment. His approach emphasizes somatic awareness, self-discovery, and healing through the body as a wise guide.
