Bartimaeus Alan LMT, ACMT

I fix problems that you do not know that you have in ways that you do not understand.

I found my interest is healthcare when I was a Boy Scout doing first aid and lifesaving. At the age of thirteen I was learning emergency medicine from my mothers text books from her EMT III courses at collage. At sixteen my brother, a burn survivor (97% scar tissue) had to be massaged to manage the scar tissue adhesions and range of motion, I learned as I went. At age eighteen I attended the Academy of Health Sciences for combat medicine and surgical technology which I did as a civilian after receiving an Honorable discharge. Later I attended the American Institute of Clinical Massage where I graduated at the top of my class of three graduates out of a class of thirteen. I am certified by Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (1075643) and insured by the same. I am licensed in the State of Idaho (MAS-1460). I am also certified in LaStone Simply Stones by Patricia Warne.

I specialize in Swedish, deep tissue, acupressure for common ailments, pregnancy, LaStone therapy, hydrotherapy and meditation. Some of the issues that I address are whiplash, strains (i.e. low back), sciatica, migraines (headaches), fatigue, cramping, stiffness and pain. I work for a Chiropractor doing massage in a separate, next door office as well as out of my home and yes...I do out-calls for Kootenai and Bonner counties of Idaho including but not limited to Hauser, Post Falls, Rathdrum, CDA, Hayden and the greater Sandpoint area.
I have a wonderful companion Kenai, a five year old Boxador (European Boxer and Chocolate Labrador) that does his best at keeping me out doors and active in swimming, cliff diving and rock climbing. I am Navajo and practice my beading, leatherwork and traditional ceremonies that include traditional dance. I love to travel and have an affinity of helping those less fortunate.
