I graduated from the Bonnie Prudden School of Physical Fitness & Myotherapy in June 1983 and opened NM Myotherapy & Exercise in January 1984.

I became a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist in March 1991 when the National Association of Myofascial Trigger Point Therapists gave the first exam.
In 2000, the American Institute of Myofascial Studies was born and George Pellegrino and I began teaching Myofascial Therapy seminars and graduating Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapists.

I moved back to RI where I was born and raised in 2017 and have been treating people with pain issues in Portsmouth, RI.
