Jay is very professional and thorough on his intake, ensuring that he addressed my massage goals for that session. I remained fairly silent throughout the massage as he intuitively pinpointed my major areas of tension as he worked in a firm yet gentle manner. The warmed oil and lemon/ginger water was a wonderful addition to the massage. Jay is knowledgable and an extremely skilled therapist that I would recommend 100%! I'm really looking forward to my next appointment.
