Whitney spent three relaxing sessions with our newborn, who was experiencing significant tension after birth. The best part was seeing how comfortable and relaxed our baby was with her. As first-time parents, it was incredibly reassuring to watch someone handle our daughter with such confidence, gentleness, and care.
Whitney is knowledgeable not only about craniosacral therapy, but also lactation and postpartum support as a doula. She was helpful well beyond the bodywork itself, answering questions and offering thoughtful guidance throughout the process.
Her home visits were so convenient during those early newborn weeks, and being able to pay through Venmo made everything simple. She also offers a discounted three-session package, which we really appreciated.
We had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend Whitney to other families looking for gentle, knowledgeable support for their kiddos.

I really appreciated the calmness and kindness that Whitney showed to both us and our baby. She always made space to check in with us about new parenthood and made sure that our baby could do what he needed (breastfeed, diaper changed, etc), skillfully working on his jaw when it made sense. She also worked wonders on his jaw so that he can now successfully latch!

What I was surprised by, but enjoy is - Whitney sits down with you and asks how you’re feeling, any areas to focus on, etc. before moving into the massage. It is a genuine interest in knowing you and how she can help you. Since she’s versed in different massage modalities, I let her intuition guide her to what I need. She is an absolute delight. (I have had two massages from her so far; with another one on the books.)
