She has years of experience/training and attention to detail that allows her to truly connect with pain/problem areas to deliver relief and ongoing mobility, particularly around repetitive injury areas due to work demands and ongoing stress. Whitney is so sweet. She is very accommodating and flexible. Her space is relaxing and comfortable. I felt very spoiled while she took care of me. This was my first experience with craniosacral therapy and I would absolutely schedule again! Whitney explained how the therapy works as well as things I might or might not feel. Her touch was gentle and I felt incredibly safe , at ease and cared for. I felt relaxed and energized when the session was over. Since our session, I feel lighter and have more clarity on things I wasn't sure about. Thank you Whitney!
