Since graduating from Ashmead College's massage therapy program in 2001, I have delighted in the on-going study and practice of the therapeutic process.

My wellness offerings include Biodynamic Craniosacral & Biodynamic Massage Therapy and Reiki.
Biodynamic craniosacral and massage therapy address physical tensions and pains, both chronic and acute and also aides in the on-going practice of caring for oneself byway of receiving nurturing support for the health of not only one's physicality but also all other aspects of ones self as well.

I specializes in working with people of all ages who wish to utilize therapeutic touch for general wellness, stress & tension reduction and pain relief and for greater self-awareness.

Working with Reiki and the Biodynamic therapies have also proven to be highly effective in resolving long standing core issues/patterns.
