A licensed massage therapist with over 1,000 hours of education, Sheila Resari has practiced massage since 2004. Her “undergraduate” bodywork training offered many modalities that she draws on today: Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial techniques, Thai massage, trigger point therapy, and muscle energy techniques. Sheila’s studies also included Zen shiatsu, integrative bodywork, and sports massage, which influence her current work.

Sheila is a knowledgeable and skilled care provider. She takes the time to understand the source of pain and collaborates with you to address it. I recommend her every time I talk about massage therapy.
