A licensed massage therapist with over 1,000 hours of education, Sheila Resari has practiced massage since 2004. Her “undergraduate” bodywork training offered many modalities that she draws on today: Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial techniques, Thai massage, trigger point therapy, and muscle energy techniques. Sheila’s studies also included Zen shiatsu, integrative bodywork, and sports massage, which influence her current work.

I can’t say enough good things about Sheila. From the moment you walk in, you feel completely at ease, and that care carries through the entire session. Her technique is incredible—intuitive, therapeutic, and deeply relaxing all at once. They know exactly how to find and release tension while still making the experience feel calming and restorative.
