Sarah became interested in a more holistic way of living as a means to deal with the physical, mental and emotional stresses of everyday life after dancing professionally and pursuing a career as a legal secretary following. 

In her search to find peace, freedom, joy, and ultimately love, she moved to Portland from New Mexico in 2011, continuing her search and delving further into the practices of yoga and meditation.  

After studying and then realizing the profound capabilities the body has to repair and heal itself when supported through appropriate bodywork, breath work, nutrition and self-care, she completed an 800 hour program at East West College of the Healing Arts, focusing on Deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and Swedish massage.  

Sarah continues to see and feel the profound healing effects of therapeutic touch and the power it has to heal and transform both humans and animals. Her intention is to help people find more comfort and ease within their bodies, manage the limiting impacts of physical pain and ultimately give them an experience that has them leaving happier, healthier and more balanced than when they arrived.
