As a graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts, I have been practicing massage therapy since 2008 with specialties in deep tissue, pain management and injury recovery. My massage style draws from a broad range of therapeutic techniques including traditional Swedish, trigger point, Tui na (Chinese massage) and yogic Thai-style stretch. I also practice Ashiatsu oriental bar therapy, a massage practiced with the feet. This style of massage allows for a soothing and comfortable deep pressure. As a result, it is highly effective in lengthening muscles and inducing a deep relaxation.
More personally, I first became interested in massage at an early age when I struggled with neck and back pain. My own experiences of pain relief and connection with my body through massage have inspired me to share this experience with others.
In my free time I enjoy playing music and being active in the outdoors with my partner.
