This review is long overdue. My spouse booked me a massage with Ninesha after a LONG search for someone who was skilled with providing care to a QTPOC community. Ninesha's approach was trauma-informed and consent based. I left feeling much safer and more embodied than I had felt in a very long time.

I had a wonderful experience at Akasha Massage. I felt cared for and I really liked that I was offered a bonnet to protect my hair during the session. The massage covered all the problem areas we spoke about prior to the session. I left feeling loose and relaxed. Next time I would prefer more time face up, but I would definitely come again and refer Akasha Massage to my friends.

Ninesha was super friendly, personable, and welcoming as soon as I walked through the door. She was very attentive to the painful areas of my body. She was very respectful of what I felt comfortable with and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. She also plans to contact me to check in about how I'm feeling which shows she really cares about my well-being! I will definitely be back!
