   I am an intuitive and problem solving massage therapist who has been licensed since 2001 and practicing massage since childhood.  Specializing in deep tissue and sports massage, with a focus on finding the optimal balance for  your body at this time in your life, with your current limitations in order to help you attain your goals.  

I like to stay active with running, climbing, yoga, hiking, backpacking and participates in obstacle races to challenge her limits and set new goals.   Having been a gymnast, volleyball player and recently a runner I have an appreciation for athletes of all kinds and am most interested in working through setbacks and injuries.  I understand that the world in which we live often does not allow us to create the perfect balance of work versus play and hope to give you tools to do the hard work when you are able to on your own to supplement the care I give in the office setting.
