Mary is passionate about equipping and encouraging the people she works with through increased body awareness and practical tools for self-care.

In her personal life Mary is active in her faith community and loving on the city of Portland she calls home. Her other home and upbringing in Phnom Penh, Cambodia has helped her to connect with people of blended cultures as she is and to approach others with curiosity and delight.

She is passionate about art, dancing, writing, cooking, exploring, culture, neurobiology, anatomy, education; and how all these forms come together to build resilience, freedom, beauty, life and healing in herself and the communities she is part of.
